Residence Dimore Di Mare
The residence “Dimore di mare” is composed of 10 flats overlooking the sea. It is just opposite the beach and the clear sea, which has recently won the Blue Flag, a prize given to the best sea and beaches in Italy.
Dimore is a project that respects all it may concern the environment. The residence has been built in accordance with the nature around it, with a special care for Mediterranean scrub dunes.
All the buildings are made of wood and local rock, painted warm colours alternating white, in accordance with the tone of the surrounding natural area.
We also use a photovoltaic system to give power to all our flats. The thermal insulation comes from the best building materials and the latest generation windows and door fixtures. They guarantee the “A energy class” in the whole building.
Just in the middle of the residence there is a lovely pool. This will not be only a pleasure for young people, but it will also be useful when wind blows strong on the beach and you will not be able to go there. You can swim or just relax and enjoy your holiday.
Also the pool is low environmental impact, as it uses the sodium chloride purification system, which guarantees wholesome water without using any additional chemical substances.
“Dimore di Mare” is a family-run residence, so you will be treated not as a Client, but as a Guest.
